What is the best acne treatment?

Well, i am already 19 and ive used so many products already and none did work. Ive used soap, toners, cream, facial wash and it was all useless, and i went to a derma clinic and have done laser once and it gets worse. Now, i have a lot of little bumps and acnes and my friend says, this is not just acne anymore, but an allergy. pls help me. Pls recommend me a very good product that will work effectively on my acne and blackheads on my nose.

I Don't Think Any work i tried proactive and one other and i stuck with them all the way through and it still happens, best advice just get a shower everyday and scrub your face hard enough with soap and be sure scrub ALL acne. this works better than all products and proactive burns skin sometimes
