Can I use Witch Hazel as a toner for my face?

Question:

I ran out of my Neutrogena alcohol-free toner, and I saw some toner that had witch Hazel in it, and I happen to have some Witch Hazel around at home. Is it safe to use it as a substitute for my usual toner?

yes it is safe, although different brands, they basickly do the same thing! i use neutrogena, and that is real good, so get more when you can. meanwhile which hazel is is fine and safe to use. x
