Answers:To gain muscle? Sucks, but, you have to work out. Like with weights, or running up and down stairs.
or u have a really fast metabolism an u hardly gain unelss u stuff ur face deadazz every 5 minutes
Also, make sure you eat lots of protein.
You'll need to work on your strength training.Try pilates. They're fantastic for this type of thing.just go on any mass building workout planeat more and lift weights
