Do I need a toner or moisturizer?

Do I need to switch to something else, use a toner or a moisturizer ?

How long have you been using the Neutrogena? If you use it twice a day, switch to once a day. Always use a moisturizer, and you don't need a toner.

Normally you should wash your face, use toner, and then mosterise.But toner tends to dry skin out, so you should just wash your face, then use a mosteriser untill your skin is back to normal.

You should use a moisturizer by Aveeno like the positively ageless moisturizer with Spf 30 which is a must

use a night cream daily just before sleeping...after every wash use a gud moisturizer on ur facedon't use a toner if your face is dry. but yes a moisturizer would be a good idea. (olay or aveeno are gooood.)
