When are you supposed to use a face toner?

Question:

Before you wash your face or after? I assume you use it before moisturizing...if you use it after you wash your face that is.

Answers:

Toner removes the last traces of makeup and dead skin cells so that your moisturizer will absorb better.

You use toner after you cleanse your face and before you moisturise. It helps prevent again black heads and makes your face feel really refreshed. Lots of people tend to skip the toner step but I think it's a really important step :)

i dont use it im a guy i wash my face moisturize it and put my acne medication and i'm done!
